This is one of our rental properties and we had guests checking in a few days and we were in a panic and that’s where Garrett saved the day! He squeezed us in and got us fixed up before the guests arrived. Great communication and punctuality! He was very upfront and transparent. He will be the only one we call in the future!
Our roof heat tape was tripping the breaker. Garrett was extremely quick to respond and analyze the issue a provide a quote to correct the issue. The wire run to the heat tape junction box was under sized. Garrett very efficient and quickly ran the correct gage wire and upgraded the breaker. We now can run the correct size and length of heat tape for the roof area. Garrett did great work, quick communications and pleasant to work with.
